Two Brothers Bar-B-Que in Ball Ground

Had the pulled pork plate with beans and fries. The fries were too greasy for me and they switched them out for another side with no problem. The meat was tender and flavorful (and plenty of it). I chose the spicy bbq sauce on the side. Mike, my husband chose the sweet. Both sauces were tasty So if you don’t mind greasy fries, check them out.

This place great it is so nostalgic, you'd think you were stepping back in time. Plus, it has the feeling of a homey atmosphere. The Bbq is great, it's has a hint of smoke flavor to it, but it isn't over powered with a smokey taste all sides were great as well. The service was great and the owners were a joy to talk to.

One of the best places around. My daddy used to being me here as a kid. I thought the old sawdust floors were so cool. The floors have changed, but the food and service are still awesome! And, I also love the way they provide a safe workplace for the teenagers of the community. I am kind of partial to the long haired boy in the back that washes dishes😘😘😘😘, but the entire staff is top notch

Good service. I wasn't impressed with the food ... the meat was tough and flavorless. Ribs were boiled. Pulled pork was watery. Brunswick stew had something in it that looked like a potato hash and had a liquid smoke flavor.Caution, you pay their credit card service fee if you use a card 3.75% so be advised.Lot of hassle for so-so food.

Great bbq with great service in an antique style environment!

We we're fortunate to get the special bof the day, white meat chicken cutlet choice of two sides and for desert blackberry cobbler! All was delicious! The sides of beans and greens were so good! The chicken and cobbler we're so yummy! Great service too! It was a great experience!

Quite disappointed. Ordered Pork BBQ Adult plate. Pork meat was dry and bland. No smoke flavor. The only consolation was the staff are nice.

Owner's are super nice. Staff are friendly and attentive. My wife and I really enjoy eating there. It's what a BBQ place should look like. Food is delicious. Stew is one of the best around. Give it a visit. Enjoy!

Everything here is good!! Fries are fresh cut!! Meat is super tender!! Pie is great!! Kids meals get free ice cream. The service is awesome!! Ice cream is perfect!! I am glad the rain lead up to this place!! Best BBQ around!!

Best pulled pork around! Had a BBQ sandwich with enough meat for two sandwiches! A little pricey on the side items. They come separate. And nothing to brag about. However. The pork made it all worth while!

For 34 years we have been enjoying the BBQ, slaw, stew and fries. This family owned eatry is always consistent.

BBQ sandwich, good. Hamburgers, good. Ice cream, good. Friendly folks, consistent food, interesting decor. We've been eating here for over 30 years and not much has changed but the saw dust on the floors and some faces behind the counter. Be sure to check the day before you go since they are closed several days each week to cook.

The best Brunswick stew I've ever had! Friendly service!

Food is great along with great service. Portion sizes are large so you will leave with a full belly. Macaroni and cheese is one of my favorite foods, and Two Brothers knocks it out of the park!Took me a long time to try this place but now that I have I wish I had sooner. And don't expect a fancy pants environment lol. It's clean but definitely country!

Great food extremely 🔥 bathroom with better than a Fifty dollar bill but I got Pie to go

I'm not one to post bad reviews, but this place was inexcusably disappointing... Idk if I came on a off day or something, but the pulled pork was the texture of rubber, the shredded chicken tasted like it wasn't seasoned at all, and the ribs were about as tasty as frozen premaid ribs from kroger....

Service was good.... food not too good

Bought the adult bbq plate. Was given a choice of mild or hot sauce. We had gotten carry out a few weeks before and it was pretty good! Really liked the sauce. But this sauce was nothing like our carry out sauce. Geez! They had a sweet sauce too! That was what we were given before, but not even a choice this time. No smoke flavor. No bark. Doubtful the meat is pit bbqed. The Brunswick stew was like a thick meat pudding, veggies all ground up. Not a lot of flavor. The baked beans had a strange seasoning I couldn’t identify. Th fries were very greasy and not fully cooked. The waitress was new and couldn’t answer questions. After straightening out the sauce problem, no one came to check on us, get us water refills or leave us a bill. Three young ladies waited on us before the meal. None after it was served. Finally had to go up to the counter and pay without a ticket. No tip for this bunch.

Nice little place that makes Stew the way I like it and Not the Vegetable Soup most other places on the area call stew. Was thick and had very good flavor. Would definitely go back for that. The Sandwich was a nice size - but they sauce it before you get it. So it was too soggy to pick up. I would rather sauce it my self, if it even needed any. If the meat is good I rarely use sauce on it. If its covered in sauce you can't taste the meat. Unless they are trying to cover something up. Overall was a pretty nice place. Service was outstanding and the stew was worth the stop.

Two brothers BBQ is a standard that I judge others by... BTW close by in Jasper try Bubba Q this guy has been on The Food network and has won many awards.. Warning they can get crowded at peak times.I give there food a Very Good rating

Excellent service

Food is mediocre, I got a combo plate for 16 dollars and got 3 ribs that had no flavor plus the barbecue it self was dry and was bland, oh and if you use a debit card they charge you 1% of what your meal costs. Will never come back.

I am very picky in BBQ. The BBQ was decent. The portions are very large. The sweet teas was great. My aides were just average. I had the fried potatoes and the fried squash. I did not enjoy the squash at all. Too much fried and not enough squash. The strawberry cobbler was amazing.

I first stopped here about 7 years ago. Since then I have eaten BBQ all over the Eastern United States, and Two Brothers rates right up there with the best of the best. Try the Brunswick stew, it's excellent!

Decent BBQ. Good slaw, beans and Brunswick stew. Meat ok, but did not taste smoked. This is another of those BBQ places that keeps their BBQ sauces in the back and THEY determine how much you need (they have a mild, sweet and hot). Not even an offer of a taste test. Eclectic, rustic decorations (farm implements, old rifles and photos, etc.). Hard wood chairs.

Drove 30 miles because this place was recommended. Friday before Memorial Day weekend order the slab of ribs and a half a pound of chicken the chicken was finely ground like it was put in a food processor dry as a bone as was the ribs no smoke flavor whatsoever.

There are several Bar-B-Que places in the Jasper area and Two Brothers is among the best. Everyone in our group really enjoyed the food and the relaxed atmosphere. The meat on the ribs I ordered literally fell off the bone. We will be going back soon.

Some of the best BBQ. Great sauce, the Brunswick stew is absolutely incredible as is every darn thing in the menu. The pulled pork is probably my favorite but I usually find myself with the combo plate just because it's all so very good. The staff is always great, it's worth the ride and highly recommend.
